The only regret l have is that I didn’t go to Dawn earlier. She
was hands down the BEST realtor that I have dealt with. I used
another agency awhile back and was so discouraged with the
results - the agent didn’t even know some of the amenities of the
house - like central air etc - and it was never advertised as such.
There very very limited showings (2 in 6 months).
The first time I met Dawn I was totally impressed by her
approach, concern for my needs and the overall understanding
of my situation.
I was kept informed every step of the way, my calls and e-mails
